Hope in Hardship
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
By God’s grace, CMG, under the work of the Gaza Baptist Church, continues to stand alongside our brothers and sisters in Gazaduring one of the most difficult times for civilians since the fighting began nearly two years ago. Despite unimaginable challenges, your prayers and generosity are helping us bring light and hope to those most in need.
On August 28, 2025, our team prepared and distributed 3,000 hot meals across the south, middle, and north of Gaza. This brought the total to 6,000 meals served in August. Each meal was delivered with a message of Christian presence and care.
Videos from these distributions include Christian songs and testimonies of gratitude, with English subtitles so that friends around the world can share in these powerful moments.
In addition to food, CMG is working to meet the urgent need for clean drinking water. Three large water trucks, one in the south, one in the middle, and one in the north, are serving families daily. In a time when access to safe water is scarce, this has been a vital expression of God’s love and provision.
Standing Firm in Faith
Life in Gaza City has become nearly unbearable, with families enduring constant shortages, destruction, and grief. The prices have risen, and every meal now costs $5. People are discouraged, yet even in these dark days, Christ’s presence is shining through. Every meal, every bottle of water, and every prayer whispered across the miles is a reminder that our people are not forgotten.
With your continued support, we plan to distribute another 6,000 meals across Gaza this month.
